See the app's About screen or Google Play listing for the current version.

1. Start here

  4. Attach, photograph, or scan the receipt.
  5. Verify every saved field and the image.

  2. Choose the desired PDF, CSV, or Backup ZIP action.
  3. Keep the app open during generation.
  4. Choose a trusted Android save or share destination.

6. Recovery and deletion

Pro moves deleted receipts to Recently Deleted for up to 30 days. Restore items before the retention period ends or permanently delete them earlier. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.

8. Dashboard

The Dashboard analyzes active receipts within a selected date range. It includes totals, taxes, receipt count, averages, period comparison, month and category views, reimbursable totals, largest expenses, vehicle summaries, Drive status, and Dashboard PDF export.

9. Google Drive backup and restore

Google Drive is optional. Pro requests the connected account email and access limited to the app's private Drive application-data area.

10. Privacy and data handling

Receipt records are stored locally first. ML Kit processes receipt image input and OCR output on the device, while Google may receive ML Kit utilization and performance metrics. Drive data is transferred only after authorization.

For entitlement verification, the app sends the purchase token, package name, and subscription product identifier to the developer's verification service. Payment-card details are handled by Google Play and are not received by Receipt Tracker Apps.

11. Troubleshooting

Scanner unavailable
Confirm Google Play services and camera availability, then try a gallery image or manual entry.
OCR is inaccurate
Retake or reframe the image and correct every detected field.
Drive sync is pending
Check network access, connection status, and Drive storage, then use Retry Sync.
Cloud backup issue
Open Drive Sync Diagnostics and use the repair workflow when offered.
Subscription inactive
Use Manage Subscription or Restore Purchase. Existing records remain viewable and exportable.

12. Reference

Supported languages, scripts, currencies, and categories can change. Review the current choices and scanner behavior shown inside the app.
