KTedServices is the public developer brand of KTedServices, LLC. These terms cover Receipt Tracker Free, Receipt Tracker Lite, and Receipt Tracker Pro.
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Acceptance
By installing or using a Receipt Tracker app published by KTedServices, LLC, the user agrees to these Terms of Use. If the user does not agree, the app should not be used.
Purpose of the apps
Receipt Tracker Apps are tools for organizing receipts, expenses, reports, images, exports, backups, and related records. They do not provide tax, accounting, financial, legal, audit, or regulatory advice.
User responsibilities
- Enter, review, and maintain accurate receipt and report information.
- Verify calculations, taxes, reimbursement status, OCR suggestions, exported files, and backup status.
- Maintain independent backup copies of important records.
- Protect exported files, connected accounts, devices, and credentials.
- Use the apps lawfully and follow applicable record-keeping, tax, privacy, employment, and reimbursement requirements.
Edition-specific terms
Receipt Tracker Free
Free supports up to 25 saved receipts, has no advertising, and does not include OCR, direct Google Drive sync, or Recently Deleted recovery.
Receipt Tracker Lite
Lite is a separate paid, ad-free app with receipts limited by device capacity, manual entry, Backup ZIP tools, and Recently Deleted recovery for up to 30 days. Lite does not include OCR or direct Google Drive sync.
Receipt Tracker Pro
Pro requires a monthly Google Play subscription and provides scanner-assisted capture, OCR, analytics, Recently Deleted recovery, and optional Google Drive backup and sync.
Purchase terms
Lite is purchased once through its separate Google Play listing and does not use recurring billing. Pro requires a monthly Google Play subscription that renews automatically unless canceled. Google Play shows the current price, billing period, eligible offer, and renewal terms before purchase.
Canceling normally preserves Pro access through the paid period. Grace-period access continues while Google Play retries payment. Account hold and expiration remove subscription benefits. Existing Pro records remain viewable and exportable, but new reports and receipts cannot be created until entitlement is restored. Purchase, refund, and account rules are governed by Google Play and applicable law.
OCR and scanner limitations
Scanner and OCR results may be unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. They can misread merchant names, dates, decimal values, taxes, totals, currencies, categories, or other text. Users must review and correct OCR-derived entries before relying on them.
Google Drive limitations
Google Drive is operated by Google. Backup and sync can be affected by network outages, account restrictions, authorization changes, storage limits, interruptions, API changes, corrupted data, device conditions, or user actions.
Users are responsible for available Drive storage and confirming successful backup status. Local data created or changed before a successful sync can be lost if the app is uninstalled, app data is cleared, or the device is lost or damaged.
Exports and third-party destinations
When a user exports, shares, emails, uploads, prints, or saves a PDF, CSV, ZIP, image, or other file, the selected destination controls that copy. The user is responsible for choosing a trusted destination and managing or deleting the external copy.
Recently Deleted and permanent deletion
Lite and Pro retain deleted receipts for up to 30 days unless permanently deleted earlier. Free does not provide this recovery screen. Permanent deletion and expiration from Recently Deleted cannot be undone through the app.
Availability and changes
Features may change because of app updates, Android changes, Google Play requirements, Google service changes, device compatibility, or legal requirements. The developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the apps are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or able to recover every record.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost records or profits; incorrect tax or reimbursement decisions; missed deadlines; OCR errors; failed exports or backups; device failures; or third-party service behavior. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
Use of the apps is also governed by the Receipt Tracker Apps Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when features, business terms, platform rules, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
