Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of ktedservices.com and KTedServices products. By using the website or an app, you agree to these terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

Website use

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse support channels or submit content that violates another person’s rights. Product descriptions identify current or planned behavior; a “Coming Soon” label means the product or feature is not generally available yet.

Receipt Tracker Apps

Receipt Tracker: Expenses, Receipt Tracker Lite: Expenses and Receipt Tracker Pro: Expenses are separate editions. Use the edition page and manual for the applicable workflow, data handling and feature details. You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter, the security of your device and any exports or backups you choose to create.

Optional Google Drive backup, where offered, requires your authorization and is subject to Google’s terms. Any purchase, subscription or entitlement information shown in Google Play is governed by Google Play’s terms and the offer presented at the time of purchase.

KTed Radio

KTed Radio is currently in pre-release and is marked Coming Soon. The service is intended to help users discover and access third-party radio stations. Station programming, stream availability, geographic restrictions, station websites, logos and other broadcaster-controlled content are provided by the respective stations or service providers.

Audio is streamed from the individual station or its streaming provider. A station may change, stop, restrict or remove its stream without notice. Custom station URLs must be lawful, and you are responsible for the URLs and content you add.

Core discovery and listening are planned as free. KTed Radio Plus is planned as a one-time lifetime upgrade with additional premium conveniences. Play Billing is not connected in the current pre-release build; no price or purchase promise is made on this page. Final purchase details will be presented through the applicable launch flow.

Optional Drive Backup, Cast and Android Auto depend on the relevant Google services, devices, accounts, connections and permissions. We do not guarantee that every station or device will support every connected feature.

Third-party services

Google Play, Google Drive, Android, Cast, Android Auto, station websites and streaming providers are third-party services. Their terms, privacy practices, availability and content rules apply when you use them. KTedServices is not responsible for third-party content or service interruptions.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the website and apps useful, but we may change, suspend or discontinue a feature or service. Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free station information, continuous stream availability or compatibility with every device, network or third-party service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may update these terms as products change; the “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
