What Pro does

• Scan one receipt page with the Google ML Kit document scanner using the camera or a gallery image.
• Apply scanner cleanup and filtering, run on-device OCR, and review detected fields before saving.
• Enter or correct merchant, subtotal, taxes, total, date, currency, category, reimbursement status, comments, and vehicle details.
• Use date-range, category, tax, reimbursement, largest-expense, month, and vehicle summaries.
• Export dashboard PDFs plus standard PDF, CSV, and per-report Backup ZIP files.
• Recover deleted receipts for 30 days, including bulk restore and permanent deletion.
• Optionally connect Google Drive for backup, incremental sync, restore, and diagnostics.

Edition boundaries

• No advertising.
• No edition-imposed receipt limit; device and connected-storage capacity still apply.
• OCR and scanner results can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed.
• Optional Google Drive access is limited to the app's private application-data area rather than ordinary personal Drive files.
• Google Drive backup does not replace independent exports of important records.
• Creating new reports and receipts and using Pro-only tools requires an active monthly Google Play subscription. Existing records remain viewable and exportable when paid entitlement ends.

Privacy summary

ML Kit processes receipt images and OCR output on the device. ML Kit may contact Google for model updates, compatibility information, and API performance metrics. If Google Drive is enabled, the app requests the connected account email and access to its private Drive application-data area.

Purchase and billing

Receipt Tracker Pro requires a monthly Google Play subscription that renews automatically unless canceled. Google Play displays the current price, eligible offer, billing period, and renewal terms before purchase.
