A quick guide to discovering stations, listening and personalizing the current pre-release build.

This guide describes the current build and may be refined before launch.
Start listening
Open KTed Radio and choose a station from Home, Explore or Search. Select a station to open its details, then start playback. The mini player keeps the current station available while you continue browsing.
Discover stations
Use Explore to browse Genres, Countries, Languages, Popular, Trending and Top Voted categories where available. Search can look across stations and directory information. Station information comes from the KTedServices radio directory; audio comes from the individual station or streaming provider.
Now Playing
Now Playing shows the station name, country, artwork and stream details alongside playback controls. You can share a station, open its website when supplied, set a Sleep Timer and move between recent stations with quick switching where available.
Personalize
Favorites, custom stations, Cast, quick station switching and theme colors are Plus features planned for the full product. The current pre-release build also includes Recently Played, the KTed Green theme and the Sleep Timer.
Connected features
KTed Radio supports background listening, media controls, Bluetooth, Car Mode and Android Auto in the current build. Optional Drive Backup is planned for Plus and is designed to use Google Drive’s private appDataFolder area for Favorites, added or custom stations and theme personalization. Recently Played is excluded.
Get help
If a station will not play, is buffering or has incorrect information, visit KTed Radio support. Include the station name, the screen you were using and what happened. Never send passwords, verification codes or sensitive personal information.
