What Receipt Tracker: Expenses does

Create reports for a tax year, business, client, vehicle, trip, household, reimbursement period, or project.
Enter merchant, price, currency, tax amounts, date, category, reimbursement status, comments, and optional vehicle details.
Capture or import receipt images and edit the image before saving.
Search, filter, duplicate, move, categorize, and bulk-manage receipts.
Create and share PDF or CSV reports.
Export and restore portable per-report Backup ZIP files.

Product boundaries

Maximum of 25 saved receipts across all reports.
No advertising.
Receipt details are entered and reviewed manually.
No direct Google Drive connection or automatic cloud backup.
No Recently Deleted recovery screen; recovery requires a suitable Backup ZIP exported before deletion.

Privacy summary

Receipt Tracker: Expenses is local-first and does not require an account. Receipt data leaves the device only when the user chooses an export, sharing, storage, restore, or support action.

Purchase and billing

Receipt Tracker: Expenses has no subscription. If the app provides an upgrade link, it may open a separate Receipt Tracker listing on Google Play. Google Play controls current availability.
